You can now earn some great rewards for moving, lifting, swimming and spinning thanks to a great new partnership between Lampton Leisure and BetterPoints.
The borough's leisure and fitness provider Lampton has buddied up with the BetterPoints apps to offer users rewards every time they workout.
Visit one of Lampton's six participating venues in the borough, take part in 10 sessions a month and you could bag 500 BetterPoints.
You can save your points and trade them in for shopping vouchers, donate them to your favourite charity or for a swim at one of Lampton's five pools.
It all adds up to a summer of active fun and a better health to you.
