Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
The Hounslow Wellbeing Network are hosting an Open Day for World Mental Health Day (WMHD) with the aim to bring the community together and show people what they have to offer and how they can support them. They want to shed light on the importance of looking after your mental health.
The open day will give residents the opportunity to seek support and guidance from local services, engage in a range of social and creative activities, workshops, talks and meet new people.
