Care UK would like to invite you and welcome you to their next coming FREE community Memory Café in Isleworth.
This event is in partnership with Garner & Hancock Solicitors & Dementia Friends Hounslow who are offering a friendly space for people living with dementia, their partners, and carers to attend.
The Memory Café is a monthly event that aims to provide a friendly and supportive space for people living with dementia, partners, and their carer’s.
It will offer a range of activities, such as music, games, reminiscence, and information sessions, as well as refreshments and social interaction.
