Soul Purpose 360 is a not-for-profit social community interest company committed to cultivating the personal and community leadership qualities in Black and minoritised women.
We are holding the first of what will be regular monthly empowerment workshops.
We are honoured to have the amazing Barke Kamuss a motivational speaker, coach, mentor, and author, who has an impressive technique focusing on Mindset, Relationship with yourself and Goal Setting that transforms young people, adults and entrepreneurs into influential leaders by boosting their confidence.
Barke will lead a workshop called: New Year, New Me - The Psychology of the Mind and Behaviour.
This workshop will provide you the information, tools and techniques to hit the reset button to kick start 2024 with clarity and focus.
It will offer you an opportunity to reflect, review, and reset your mind, giving you the courage and self-belief to set clear goals for 2024.
This workshop is designed to help you:
- Clear the fog and sharpen your focus on your life goals.
- Improve your self-belief and increase motivation.
- Set clear goals for yourself.
- Receive support and encouragement from like-minded women
Access is free.

Our mission is "to motivate, inspire and imbue confidence in women to enable them to contribute positively to their communities through their own personal growth"
We do this by blending personal development with community development.
We host the national Black Women’s Networking & Empowerment Circle - a broad-spectrum membership model for Black and minoritised women to be connected, seek, and share advice and knowledge, to promote their own projects and businesses and to inform the strategic development of the social enterprise.
We host a growing network of local Soul Purpose 360 groups, like Soul Purpose 360 Hounslow . Local groups are established by members to offer monthly empowerment workshops.
By delivering these activities we help to strengthen the personal lives of our members; and consequently, they go onto lead and transform their communities.
All of this is with a view to empower individuals to create the changes they seek in their lives and to support them to create and build community projects, social enterprises, and routes to engaging Black women in civic society.
There are over 2000 Black women connected to the organisation across the UK.
