West Middlesex Vaccine Hub opens to 12 – 16 year olds

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital are now offering the vaccine to 12 – 16 year olds this coming 15 and 16 January at West Middlesex University Hospital site.

In an effort to keep people healthy and safe, we are expanding the reach of the vaccination program to young people in the local community, making it more convenient than ever for people in our surrounding hospital areas to get their COVID-19 vaccine.

The West Middlesex University Hospital site opened to the public from Monday 13 December, ensuring that those aged 16 or over could receive their booster three months after receiving their second dose. 

Vanessa Sloane, Deputy Chief Nurse said, “We are delighted to be able to offer the COVID-19 vaccine to 12 – 16 year olds for 1st vaccination or 2nd vaccination after 12 weeks. The opportunity to expand our vaccination programme means supporting our staff & local community in improving our local vaccination rate and thus immunity."

Get booked in directly, They are also open to walk-ins.

 They continue to offer 1st, 2nd and booster vaccinations for those over the age of 16. Book directly for yourself and your friends and family. 

The weekend service is open for 12 – 16s only, for COVID vaccinations of 1st and 2nd (3 months after 2nd). Get your jab and help us, help you and the country to stay protected and safe.
