There's still time to have your say on the borough's new Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
The survey seeks your views about a range of issues, including how we can better support infant and child development, how we can improve the detection and prevention of illness and what services should be available for older people in Hounslow to help them to live independently.
The survey closes on Friday, 25 November.
