According to data from Sport England, almost three quarters of those living with a long-term health condition have said they feel their physical activity is restricted during winter due to the weather.

Many feel restricted due to low energy levels in winter and due to aches associated with lower temperatures.
There are days when we rise without shining and it can be hard to find the motivation to get moving on these days, especially when you are living with a long-term health condition.
We want to support you to increase your confidence to move more whatever your mood, and maybe even lift it. Which is why we’d like to share a series of videos with TV presenter Gok Wan and to show you three different physical activity routines, to get you moving whatever mood you’re feeling.
