LAS is running a survey to gain insights on public feedback to shape its new organizational strategy for 2023-28. They are keen on learning what LAS is doing well and what scopes of improvement they have.
The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust (LAS) provides medical care to patients across London by responding to 24-hour emergency 999 calls and urgent 111 calls (in some boroughs).
Healthwatch has taken the lead in engaging with the public to ask them about their experiences, general thoughts, and feelings with emergency and urgent services, including 999 and 111 calls.
