Hounslow Safe Space is a local hub for anyone who feels they are reaching crisis point.
Friendly staff members are on-hand to listen to you and help you to get the support you need. This can include developing coping strategies, connecting you with free activities and providing information about other local services.
Safe Space offers free face-to-face, telephone and video-conferencing support.
It is for anyone in Hounslow, aged 18 and over who may need help.
