A&E is for life-threatening emergencies. There are other NHS services that can help residents. Knowing where to go will help you access the right care when needed.

Your local high street pharmacy can provide advice and over the counter medication to help with conditions like hay fever. 

A good first port of call for non-emergency health enquiries is the NHS 111 service.
