Health in The Park – Saturday 29 July
On Saturday, 29 July 2023, The Hounslow Borough Based Partnership (BBP) in collaboration with Hounslow Council, health, voluntary and community partners are hosting a fun and interactive health and wellbeing event for all at Redlees Park, Isleworth, from 11am – 3pm.
More than 30 groups are collaborating to deliver this FREE event by hosting either a stall or delivering a healthy activity such as outdoor yoga, football, food workshops, painting, tennis, competitions, outdoor games, meditation, treasure hunts, singing from the brain, and much more.
The event is designed to encourage visitors to become more active, lead healthier lifestyles and improve their long-term health. A range of health professionals will be available on the day to provide helpful advice and guidance on supporting long-term health. There will also be leads from support groups highlighting the easy ways to access their services in the borough.
