Health in the Park - You, me and Tai Chi

The Mulberry Centre Community Engagement staff and volunteers are excited to be part of this weekend's Health in the Park event.

They will be joined by their Tai Chi instructor Sai Pui, who will be hosting two free 30-minute sessions for people of any age, so bring your whole family to come along and enjoy this relaxing movement.

Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise offering a range of health benefits, helping with strength, flexibility, and balance. The first session will be at noon and the second session will be at 2pm. No equipment or fitness level is necessary, and the sessions will take place in the open air of the park.

The Mulberry Centre is an independent charity and the only local cancer support and information centre based in Isleworth. Services offered are free to Hounslow residents and their primary objective is to enhance the well-being of individuals impacted by cancer, including patients, carers, families, and friends, as well as those who have been bereaved.
