Nominate your health hero
Hounslow residents, who are patients and service-users at North West London NHS Trust (NWL), are invited to nominate their 'health hero' for an award.
NWL is looking for nominations for its annual Quality Awards and want to here about health workers who have gone above and beyond to make a difference to peoples' lives.
Residents are being asked to choose their champions for the Patients' Choice Award. It could be a nurse who has provided compassionate care, a doctor who has been a guiding light or a member of the support staff who has lifted your spirits.
Nominations close on Friday, 15 September.
