It will take place at Feltham Assembly Hall from 10am to 2pm.
The event will consider the transformations needed for disability-inclusive development in sports, entertainment, media, education, and employment.
The keynote speaker is Dr. Gregory Burke, CEO and Founder of Access Able.
He is a social entrepreneur and award-winning barrister dedicated to fighting for disabled people's rights.
A roundtable discussion will explore good practical tools to reduce inequality for disabled people in all sectors.
