Have Your Say on The Future of Palliative and End of Life Care
NHS North London is asking people for their views on potential service options for delivery of the new model of care for adult (18+) community-based specialist palliative care.
The proposed new model of care has been co-designed over the last year by a working group of North West London residents, along with clinicians, NHS providers and charitable hospices.
The ultimate goal is to give people improved access to high quality services.
There is now a series of open webinars planned in November to discuss the options that have come out of the group's work.
