Our Strategy: Engaging With Our Community - A Short Survey!
Since we published our last strategy, so much has changed.
We have lived through a global pandemic and have experienced its lasting impacts.
We have embraced technology in new ways to improve care for patients, and we have increased collaboration with local health and care partners so that patients and staff have more seamless experiences.
As an organisation, we are still committed to the same values.
This means we always strive to:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
- Be the employer of choice
- Deliver better care at lower cost.
Four years since the start of pandemic, it is time to re-look at what these priorities mean to you - our community - in 2024.
We would be grateful if you could please complete a short survey which will provide input to our planning and help shape our strategy.
