Cancer Screening Project
Healthwatch ran a project on identifying the barriers to cancer screening for the North West London Integrated Care System. The findings were then presented as a poster at the cancer event held at the Irish Cultural Centre on 6 July 2023.

The project aimed to find out the barriers to cancer screening and people's views and experiences about the same.
We collected data from a variety of different people for three months around areas of awareness of cancer screening programs, invitations received, barriers, and their suggestions for encouragement.
The poster captures the project into its timeline, barriers and suggestions for encouragement, our observations, and their stories/comments.
