About this event
Imperial College Health Partners want to understand how patients feel about their experiences in Accident & Emergency (A&E) and/or Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs).
In particular, we are interested in finding out more about what might cause frustration so that we can make useful suggestions for improvements to hospitals in North West London.
How to get Involved..
The focus group will be held onine from 12:30 - 2:30pm on Thursday 01 December.
Keen to hear from patients with recent experiences of accessing A&E or an Urgent Treatment Centre in North West London.
You will receive a thank you payment of £25 for your participation.
