Partnership supports visually impaired residents
Find out more about the support available for visually impaired people in Hounslow at a special get together.
Hounslow Council has teamed up with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) and the Middlesex Association for the Blind (MAB) to stage the event at Feltham Assembly Halls on Wednesday, 11 January, from 10am.
There will be a variety of guest speakers, plus a panel Q&A. There will also be stalls from the organisations involved and council departments that support people with visual impairments will be available.
Amongst the workshops during the day will be a dance tutorial for visually impaired people and lunch, tea and coffee will also be provided.
This event will be helpful and informative for anyone who is affected directly or indirectly by sight loss.
