Healthy Hounslow is a collaboration between many service providers in Hounslow that delivers different services such as, smoking cessation, weight management, physical exercises, health checks, etc. They can be accessed by self-referrals and/or via referrals through your GP.
We want to learn more about your experience with the service, the ease of the referral process, what has worked well and what could be improved within the service to help their clients have a fruitful experience.
