Our primary responsibility is to collect feedback and opinions from patients residing in Hounslow to understand their views and experiences of health and social care services.

We have set up an online feedback center to receive direct feedback from people about their experiences of health and social care services in our borough. We supplement this feedback with additional experiences from our outreach and engagement program by visiting these services. The patient experience data enables us to identify services to monitor, themes, and trends in our quarterly reports. This information helps us collaborate with NHS and the Hounslow Council to promote good practices and focus on areas that need improvement.
