Volunteers Week: A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated volunteers!

We’re thrilled to recognize our volunteers' incredible dedication and hard work during this special Volunteers Week! The event was held on 5th of June at the Isleworth Public Hall, where organisations from all across Hounslow gathered in appreciation of wonderful volunteers who do so much for the communities.

This year, we had the privilege of nominating three exceptional volunteers for certificates from the Ealing and Hounslow Community Voluntary Services.

Thank you, volunteers, for shining brightly and positively impacting our community! Your tireless efforts make a difference every day. From all of us at Healthwatch Hounslow and Your Voice in Health and Social Care, we wish you continued success in all your future endeavours.

Falls Prevention - New Project

The Falls service is provided by Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH).
Hounslow Public Health, and other key stakeholders would like to understand more around awareness of the service and barriers to self-referral, and for those who have used the service, any issues around timescales for referrals and how the referral pathway operates.
