Hounslow’s army of unpaid carers will take centre stage on Thursday, 24 November as the borough recognises their dedication to those who need their help.
Hounslow residents are being invited to share their views about local mental health care facilities in a bid to shape the future of the service.
People from Hounslow can use mental services outside the borough, such as the Hope and Horizon wards at St Bernard's Hospital, Ealing.
Since the pandemic, the wards have been suspended.
Children aged from one to nine in London are being strongly encouraged to get a free dose of the polio vaccine. For some children this may be an extra dose on top of their routine vaccinations. For others, it may bring them up to date with their vaccinations.
Cases of COVID-19 are still being recorded in Hounslow.
And as we enter the colder months of the year, it is anticipated that cases of flu will increase.

Harrow Carers are promoting a new service to Hounslow to unpaid carers where their target group is over 65. However, they can take referrals under this age.
Ashgrove is a purpose-built care home with 49 beds, offering accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, treatment for disease or injury, caring for the over 65yrs and those requiring nursing dementia care.
