The recently published Care Quality Commission (CQC) report sheds light on the performance of the London Borough of Hounslow. The report delves into demographics, financial facts, and safety measures, providing valuable insights for residents and stakeholders.

We’re thrilled to recognize our volunteers' incredible dedication and hard work during this special Volunteers Week! The event was held on 5th of June at the Isleworth Public Hall, where organisations from all across Hounslow gathered in appreciation of wonderful volunteers who do so much for the communities.

The Grosvenor House is a residential care home for young adults with severe learning and physical disabilities. It's a six bedroom detached house purposely built for the care of young adults with severe learning and physical disabilities and complex needs.

Healthwatch conducted focus group discussions with local residents to understand their perspectives and experiences of falls prevention services in the borough.

Reliant Care, Whitton Road, provides supported housing and rehabilitation services for vulnerable adults who have mental illness, are trying to recover from substance abuse or alcohol misuse and who have learning disabilities.

Atfield House in Isleworth provides a range of accommodation and services for older people in need of support, from respite care to 24-hour residential care to intermediate care.
On 30th October 2023, the visit was conducted by a team of Healthwatch Hounslow Authorised Representatives.

Multivity is a project delivered in partnership with the London Borough of Hounslow Swimming Club and Lampton Leisure.

The project aims to provide affordable physical activities and sports for young people, particularly those aged 10-16 years and 12-24 years with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), who live in Hounslow and face barriers accessing these activities.
